CoreWeave is hiring an Executive Researcher to build a modern, AI-powered research and strategic sourcing practice that powers every executive search. You will pair strong primary research with AI sourcing tools, partnering with Executive Recruiters and senior leaders on high-stakes searches.

You’ll shape how executive research is done at a leading AI infrastructure company with hybrid in-office work and a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of executive search research or sourcing for VP+ roles.
• Mastery of primary research methods and confidential outreach.
• Experience supporting executive searches in technical domains (AI/ML, engineering).
• Fluent with modern research tools and AI-enabled sourcing platforms.
• Ability to deliver polished talent maps, dossiers, and market briefs.
• Strong written communication and ability to present to ELT leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own primary research end-to-end for VP+, C-level and Principal+ searches.
• Build an AI-powered research stack and integrate top sources and automation.
• Deliver executive-grade outputs: longlists, dossiers, and market signals briefs.
• Collaborate with Executive Recruiters and senior leaders from kickoff to close.
• Develop and maintain living talent maps across CoreWeave functions.
• Provide market intelligence on leadership movement, funding, and competitive signals.
• Present insights to VP+ and C-level hiring leaders and set realistic timelines.
