Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced executive recruiter to lead search strategy and research execution in a fast-paced technology environment. You will partner with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to identify top leaders and convert insights into qualified leads.

You will build market maps, target companies, and collaborate across teams, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring lifecycle while handling confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of research experience in executive recruiting, preferably within a fast-paced technology company or search firm.
• Proven ability to partner with executives with a record of successful collaborations with senior leaders.
• Investigative rigor with a structured thought process.
• High discretion in handling confidential searches and sensitive information.
• Proactive and tenacious in follow-up actions to overcome recruiting challenges.
