This role is crucial in delivering exceptional experiences to executive-level candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process, while building trusted partnerships and serving as a strong brand representative.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between executive recruiters, senior leaders, and candidates, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the executive search process, including scheduling meetings, interviews, travel, and debriefs.
  • Prepare and maintain search materials, reports, and accurate data within recruiting systems.
  • Manage requisition setup, offer documentation, and candidate recognition efforts.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure smooth candidate experiences from first contact through onboarding.
  • Support event planning, referral tracking, and recruiting communications.
  • Anticipate needs, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
