The Job

We're looking for an Executive Recruiter who may not come from a traditional sales background, but gets it —someone who's naturally persuasive, curious, sharp, and hungry to learn. You'll be working directly with founders, executives, and senior talent to build high-performing teams. If you're excited by people, love connecting dots, and have the drive to grow into a consultative, sales-forward role, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Learn the full recruiting process from start to finish, with training and support from experienced team members.
2. Get comfortable picking up the phone and calling potential candidates to introduce roles, build relationships, and gauge interest—real conversations lead to real connections.
3. Write job descriptions, post openings, and manage candidate pipelines.
4. Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outreach.
5. Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess fit, motivation, and experience.
6. Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth, positive experience for candidates throughout the process.
7. Communicate clearly and consistently with candidates, hiring managers, and teammates.
8. Track candidate activity, notes, and progress using internal tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
9. Work on multiple roles at once while staying organized, efficient, and responsive.
10. Learn how to build strong relationships and develop a sharp eye for talent.
11. Contribute ideas and insights as we continuously improve our recruiting approach.
