Job summary

A leading consulting firm based in San Francisco is looking for Consultants and Senior Consultants to drive search workflow and candidate development. This role involves conducting market research, interviewing candidates, and collaborating with firm leadership to ensure positive experiences for clients and candidates. Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's Degree. The position offers uncapped earnings, unlimited PTO, and a strong commitment to mental health and well-being.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

About the role

Our Consultants and Senior Consultants play a pivotal role in driving search workflow and execution. These individuals become the expert on client companies, conduct market research, drive candidate development, interview candidates, and oversee all search data management.
