This role provides exceptional customer service in person, email, and phone, supports staff with office management, and keeps the office running efficiently. Job Duties Administrative Management Responsibilities (60%) - Support the Office of the President staff and visitors. - Manage the President's schedule and logistics. - Handle correspondence, mail, and office supplies. - Assist with projects, events, and Stadium Suite preparations. - Recommend improvements for office efficiency. - Foster a positive team environment. Oversee Front Desk Experience (40%) - Welcome and assist visitors, faculty, staff, students, and vendors. - Lead front desk operations, ensuring professionalism and efficiency. - Prepare for meetings, manage communication, and coordinate with security and facilities. - Maintain the office environment and filing system. Schedule - Work Days: Monday to Friday - Work Hours: 8am to 5pm - Work Mode: In person Monday-Thursday, hybrid on Friday Qualifications Required: - HS diploma with 4+ years of administrative experience. - Customer service experience. - Proficiency in MS Office, Zoom, Google tools. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle confidential information. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Teamwork and self-direction. Preferred: - Cover letter and resume. - Project management/event coordination experience. - Facilities management experience. - Experience with Smartsheet, Asana, or Salesforce. Pay and Benefits - Salary: $52,000 - $58,000 - Full-time, Civil-Service, Non-Faculty Staff - Benefits include health plans, retirement, tuition support, paid time off, and more.
