Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school with board certification in psychiatry.
• Active Ohio license or ability to obtain before start date and active DEA registration.
• Minimum five years of psychiatric clinical experience and three years in physician leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for inpatient psychiatric services.
• Lead credentialing, privileging, peer review, and provider performance management.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, and state licensing standards.
• Develop clinical programs, protocols, and continuing education initiatives.
• Oversee quality assurance and utilization review programs.
• Maintain active clinical role in psychiatric evaluations and patient care.
