Qualifications

• 21 years of age.
• Proof of authorization to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Nevada Gaming Control Board Registration and a Nevada Driver's License.
• Military or law enforcement experience or extensive private sector executive protection experience with relevant training.
• Basic technical and tactical shooting skills and fundamental martial arts abilities.
• Pass a physical fitness test and maintain excellent physical conditioning.
• Ability to obtain a concealed weapon permit.
• Must possess a U.S. passport and travel at least 35% of the time.
• Operate in highly dynamic environments with aggressive time constraints.
• Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any required certification or license.
• Clear communication in spoken and written form.

Responsibilities

• Execute security and physical protection measures for high profile individuals in corporate, residential and academic settings.
• Conduct security advances and logistical support for events, venues and travel activities.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding principals, protection methods, or company information.
• Interact professionally with team members, external security personnel or law enforcement.
• Foster trust and professionalism through integrity and dedication.
• Provide security for corporate executives and others as assigned.
• Multi-task, think quickly and respond effectively in dynamic environments.
• Work in a team setting or independently.
• Be prepared for domestic and overseas travel on short notice.
• Maintain excellent physical condition and firearms/martial arts/first aid skills.
• Attend work consistently and perform other related duties.
