Globe Life in McKinney, Texas, seeks a Security Manager for Executive Protection to lead protection programs onsite. You will manage guards, conduct risk assessments, plan secure travel, oversee incident response, and ensure discreet operations for high-profile assignments.

Role requires strong leadership, crisis management, and collaboration with HR/IT security. On-site with travel flexibility; CPP/PSP preferred and advancement opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military/law enforcement experience required.
• Minimum 5 years in corporate security, events security, law enforcement, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in supervisory/management role.

Responsibilities

• Provide protection at residences, workplaces, and events.
• Plan secure routes and coordinate with local authorities.
• Oversee armed and unarmed guard forces and incident response.
• Lead investigations and recommend policy improvements.
• Develop training plans and mentor a security team.
