Job summary

Globe Life is seeking a Security Manager, Executive Protection, to lead the design, execution, and refinement of executive protection programs on site in McKinney, Texas. You will manage armed and unarmed guards, coordinate secure transport, and work closely with HR and IT on identity security and incident response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or Security Management or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in corporate security, event security, law enforcement, or executive protection.
• 3+ years in a supervisory role with people leadership responsibilities.
• Experience overseeing large-scale events and multiple guard services.
• Certifications such as CPP or PSP and/or law enforcement training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct threat assessments and risk analyses for clients' lifestyles and travel.
• Provide close protection at residences, workplaces, and events.
• Plan secure routes, inspect venues, and coordinate with local authorities.
• Oversee armed and unarmed guard forces and manage vendor SLAs.
• Direct investigations and recommend policy changes to mitigate risk.
• Lead and develop a security team, set performance expectations, and mentor staff.
• Coordinate protection for special events and international travel.
