Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking an Executive Protection Specialist to provide a safe environment for the team during travel, events, and onsite operations at the Los Angeles headquarters. Qualifications

• 10+ years multinational security experience
• BSIS Guard Card
• BSIS Firearms Permit
• California Concealed Weapon Permit
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Lead security for events, VIPs, and related activities; oversee contracts and consultants via advance surveys and threat assessment
• Understand risks to the organization and Snap Inc. team; select and implement controls
• Participate in event planning to ensure access control, asset protection, confidentiality, and security plans
• Recommend and implement security measures to enhance facilities, operations, and people
• Support day-to-day residential security operations from a team command post
• Travel up to 50% with Snap Inc. leaders or event planners; may be on-call 24/7 to support operations
