Job summary

Crisis24 is seeking an Executive Protection professional to support training programs and operational deployments. The role blends instructional delivery with field readiness within the Training Team, ensuring high-quality EP training while contributing to Ready Team deployments.

The candidate should have 3+ years in EP, strong training delivery skills, and the ability to operate credibly in both classroom and field environments, including international travel as required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Executive Protection / Close Protection experience.
• Demonstrated experience in Training Instruction and delivery.
• Experience conducting advances and operating in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver internal and external training programs, including assisting in the delivery of Crisis24 Protective Operations Course - Level 1 (POC-I).
• Maintain instructional standards aligned with Crisis24 methodologies and SOPs.
• Support student assessment and evaluation processes; assist with scaling training delivery.
