Job summary

Carbon Global Security in the Bay Area seeks On-Call Corporate Security officers and Executive Protection Agents to support high-net-worth clients and enterprises.

Positions cover daily commuting, events, and office security with plain clothes assignments and confidential, professional behavior expected.

Applicants should have 3–5 years in security or related fields, valid BSIS cards, a US driver’s license, and the ability to pass background and fitness checks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years old.
• Provide proof of authorization to work in the United States.
• Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Possess an Unarmed Guard Card from BSIS (CA).
• Possess an Exposed Carry Armed Guard Card from BSIS (CA).
• Possess a Carry Concealed Weapons license (CA) - preferred for EP.
• Provide US driver’s license with clean DMV record (5 years).
• Pass pre-hiring drug and alcohol testing.
• Pass pre-hiring physical fitness assessment.
• Maintain a professional appearance and de-escalation skills.
• Experience: Law Enforcement ~3 years or Military ~4 years or Corporate Security/EP ~5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide security driving, close protection, residential security, and CCTV monitoring for the client during daily activities, events, and in the office.
• Provide plain clothes security duties in corporate environments.
• Maintain firearm proficiency and participate in ongoing training.
• Operate corporate vehicles in a safe, responsible manner.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding principals, protection means, and company information.
• Provide security/physical protection for executives and others as assigned.
• Work well in a team and also independently.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned.
