• Monitor security systems and respond to incidents.
• Implement and adhere to established security policies, procedures, and emergency plans.
• Operate and monitor CCTV and alarms; review footage and reports.
• Verify credentials for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Collaborate with Facilities, HR, Legal, and IT to align security measures.
• Support employee security awareness programs and reporting.
• Prepare and deliver regular security reports to management.
