Job summary

P&E Constructors is seeking a Project Director to provide executive leadership for large, complex industrial projects over $150 million. You will shape strategy, governance, and client relations across nationwide deployments.

You will work with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and profitability, while directing contract strategy, risk management, and financial performance. Extensive travel up to 90% is expected, with per diem and mobilization support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience managing large industrial construction projects.
• Experience leading projects valued at $150 million or greater.
• Proven ability to lead executive client relationships and negotiate complex contracts.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery, contract administration, procurement, and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and strategic oversight for large-scale industrial construction projects.
• Maintain P&L accountability and forecasts.
• Lead contract administration and change order strategy.
• Oversee risk management, staffing, and organizational development.
• Interface with owner leadership and executive team on performance and priorities.
