As an Executive Project Director (EPD), you'll oversee the planning, execution, and financial success of large-scale mitigation, contents, reconstruction, and abatement projects throughout the United States. You'll direct, coordinate, and complete assigned projects while aligning with company strategy and goals. This role also offers the exciting opportunity to develop your own book of business through networking and relationship building.

Your Impact

• Lead a team of project managers delivering successful mitigation, contents, reconstruction, and abatement projects
• Develop comprehensive project schedules, estimates, budgets, and work plans that drive business success
• Strategically manage project resources to ensure optimal efficiency and client satisfaction
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders to secure future business opportunities
• Implement quality control processes that maintain the company's reputation for excellence
• Estimate, bid, and monitor progress on large loss restoration projects, positioning yourself as an industry expert

What You'll Bring

10+ years of experience in construction or restoration project management, with focus on large loss disaster restoration

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent preferred

Advanced Xactimate Certification (Level 3) preferred

Proven success managing large-scale restoration projects and developing business

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

Experience with insurance restoration repairs and subcontractor management
