• 5+ years of relevant administrative experience.
• Strong writing and presentation development skills.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Teams.
• Ability to work across internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive support to the Department Chair and the office of the Department Chair.
• Manage calendars, email, and document development for key meetings.
• Perform complex, confidential administrative tasks with discretion.
• Lead planning, implementation, evaluation and administration of department initiatives.
