Job summary

Procon Consulting in Las Vegas seeks an experienced Program Executive to provide executive leadership and strategic direction for a large, multi-project capital program. This senior role will align organizational resources and governance to ensure delivery across planning, design, construction, commissioning, occupancy, and closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 20 years of progressive program management/construction experience.
• 10+ years in senior leadership/executive management.
• Executive oversight for large, multidisciplinary capital programs.
• Ability to lead diverse technical, operational, and program management teams.
• Strong executive communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for a major, multi-project capital program.
• Establish organizational accountability and ensure access to corporate resources.
• Provide executive governance, staffing, risk management, commercial strategy, and overall delivery oversight.
• Maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders, consultants, contractors, regulators, and partners.
• Monitor program performance across scope, budget, schedule, quality, safety, security, commissioning, occupancy, and closeout.
• Anticipate staffing and technical resource requirements and ensure resources are available.
• Support resolution of high-impact program issues, risks, and strategic decisions.
• Oversee succession planning, recruitment, and surge staffing strategies.
• Review significant program decisions before presenting to executives.
• Mentor program leadership and maintain clear accountability structures.
• Promote culture of quality, ethics, compliance, safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Capture lessons learned and develop repeatable best practices.
