Procon seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead and integrate multiple concurrent projects within a large, complex program in the Las Vegas, NV area. This role coordinates people, processes, systems, and disciplines to align scope, budget, schedule, risk, quality, and commissioning across the program.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 15+ years in program management and 7+ years managing complex capital programs, plus a proven track record coordinating

  • Familiar with federal programs, governance processes preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day execution and management of a major capital program.
  • Direct integrated teams supporting planning, design, construction, quality, security, commissioning, and closeout.
  • Develop and maintain program management plans, governance processes, and decision frameworks.
  • Manage and monitor program risk, budget, schedule, quality, and overall performance.
  • Coordinate multiple concurrent design and construction projects and activities.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement, coordination meetings, and executive-level reporting.
  • Develop clear, decision-ready recommendations for program and client leadership.
  • Lead issue resolution, escalation management, and corrective action efforts.
  • Monitor staffing, workload, and resource requirements across the program.
  • Ensure independent review and validation of contractor-reported progress and performance.
  • Maintain accurate program records, dashboards, and reporting systems.
  • Integrate commissioning, occupancy, operational readiness, turnover, and closeout activities throughout the program lifecycle.

Procon seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead and integrate multiple concurrent projects within a large, complex program. This role coordinates people, processes, systems, and technical disciplines while maintaining alignment across scope, budget, schedule, risk, quality, security, commissioning, digital delivery, and closeout in the Las Vegas, NV area.

The Program Manager serves as the primary coordination point among stakeholders, consultants, contractors, technical teams, and program leadership to support effective decision-making and successful program delivery.This role requires various skills and experience as listed below.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience managing complex capital or infrastructure programs.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong knowledge of design, construction, cost management, scheduling, commissioning, and risk management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a NACI/Top Secret security clearance to satisfy project-specific site access and badging requirements.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • PMP, PgMP, CCM, PE, RA, DBIA, or equivalent professional certification preferred.

Physical Requirements

This position requires regular onsite presence in an active construction environment. The employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, including:

  • Walking and standing for extended periods while performing site observations and inspections.
  • Navigating active construction areas, including stairs, uneven surfaces, temporary walkways, and varying elevations.
  • Occasionally bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and climbing as necessary to observe construction activities.
  • Accessing mechanical, electrical, utility, process, and other construction areas as required.
  • Wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) and complying with all applicable site safety requirements.
  • Working in indoor and outdoor environments with exposure to typical construction‑site conditions, including noise, dust, weather, and temperature fluctuations.
  • Occasionally lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds.
