You will own the vision, roadmap, and delivery for advisor- and client-facing experiences across the USPB digital ecosystem, modernizing legacy tooling and embedding AI to drive adoption and business impact. Qualifikationen

10+ years in product management, with 5+ in financial services, wealth, or lending digital products.
Working knowledge of securities-based lending and margin mechanics; depth in digital product delivery.
Proven track record modernizing legacy advisor or client experiences onto modern digital platforms.
Strong product discovery skills with data, feedback, and market analysis.

Set the vision and multi-year roadmap for Margin digital capabilities across advisor and client journeys.
Define the 'what' and the 'why' using client feedback, data, and market insight.
Lead platform modernization and unify fragmented workflows into a single experience.
Embed AI to improve advisor decision-making, client transparency, and workflow efficiency.
Partner with Technology and Design to shape feasible, elegant solutions.
Operate in a regulated environment with risk controls and governance.
