Job summary

Monks is seeking an Executive Producer for Google.Monks Events & Experience to oversee high-profile experiential projects from pitch through delivery, ensuring outstanding creative output, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.

You will lead producers, PMs and cross-functional teams to balance creative ambition with commercial goals, delivering on time and on budget while growing opportunities within the Google.Monks ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Production, Client Service and/or Growth, preferably in creative agency and client-side settings.
• Portfolio of work across industries with clear examples and roles in each project.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-million USD projects from pitch through delivery, ensuring financial health and client satisfaction.
• Lead senior producers, producers, and project managers to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget.
• Cultivate client partnerships and identify opportunities for growth within the Google.Monks ecosystem.
• Forecast, resource plan, and maintain visibility into the opportunity pipeline across tools.
• Apply expertise in AI, immersive media, and live production to drive innovation.
