Job description

About NVE

NVE Experience Agency is a brand experience and production agency dedicated to building ideas rooted in culture and guided by the principle that “The Right Moment Will Transform Someone Forever.” NVE’s team of creatives, strategists, and producers develop insight-driven ideas that convert consumer attention into commitment, action, and brand loyalty.

Summary of Position

NVE Experience Agency seeks an Executive Producer to lead large-scale B2B programs from concept through execution, with a focus on corporate events and experiences. This is a hands‑on role. You will own production across your full slate of projects rather than simply oversee it. Primary responsibilities include leading complex and/or large‑scale B2B projects end to end, translating client briefs into clear scopes, budgets, and timelines, directing internal teams and vendor partners, and supporting the agency’s new business pipeline alongside the rest of the production department. Strong relationship skills, a service mentality, and the ability to provide multiple options for solutions are essential to this role. You are equally comfortable presenting to a client’s leadership team and standing on a loading dock at 5am. B2B audiences are demanding in a specific way—the room is full of customers, prospects, executives, and press, and the content is the product—so the production has to hold up under scrutiny while staying invisible. An extensive background in B2B events & experiences is required, including: Proprietary Conferences, 3rd‑party conference activations (booths/meetings/offsite activations), and white‑glove corporate hospitality‑focused events. The successful candidate will have deep knowledge of venue and floor plan development, general session and breakout environments, expo and exhibit builds, registration and attendee flow, staging, lighting, sound and AV, scenic elements, and session timing. This role carries real accountability for the quality of the work and for the teams who deliver it.

Job Responsibilities

Project DeliveryTake a client brief and develop the scope, budget, timeline, and staffing plan from it, translating creative intent into a buildable, costed plan. Serve as the project senior production lead on your projects, personally building and owning core project documentation including deliverable timelines, production schedules, budgets, floor plans, session grids, and run of show. Lead large‑scale, high‑complexity B2B programs from concept through strike, across customer and user conferences, industry tradeshows and exhibit footprints, executive and customer summits, product launches, sales and partner events, and multi‑city field programs. Own projects end‑to‑end, including registration, general session, breakouts and workshops, expo and sponsor spaces, hospitality and F&B, signage and wayfinding, and the transitions between all of it. Manage the attendee journey end‑to‑end, including arrival and registration, session capacity and room turns, movement between spaces, accessibility, and the pacing of a multi‑day agenda. Coordinate closely with client stakeholders across marketing, communications, content, IT, and security, and support executive and speaker logistics including rehearsal schedules and content deadlines. Manage venue, convention center, and hotel relationships, including space holds, floor plan approvals, in‑house AV and exclusive vendors, union labor rules, and F&B minimums. Be on site and in the room, running load‑in through strike, speaker and technical rehearsals, and daily show flow alongside your production and technical teams. Solve problems in real time and make the call when the schedule, the budget, or the client needs one. Ensure programs are delivered on time, on budget, and to NVE’s standard. Manage clear communication across internal teams and agency partners throughout each project. Partner with creative leadership to ensure financial viability of any/all concepts and creative deliverables.

Client ManagementBuild and maintain effective client relationships, ensuring that client needs are heard, understood, and addressed promptly. Provide clear communications to the client regarding roles and responsibilities, scope, budget, and schedules for assigned programs. Serve as the production subject matter expert for client stakeholders, advising on what is achievable within venue, budget, and timeline constraints and presenting options rather than obstacles.

Budget ManagementBuild and own project budgets, from initial estimate through final reconciliation. Set target margins with production leadership, track spend against budget throughout the project, and flag variance early. Oversee coordination with internal teams on invoices and vendor payments. Support the finance team by ensuring you and your teams close out projects promptly. Negotiate directly with vendors, AV and technical partners, exhibit houses, venues, and production partners to secure the best value without compromising the work.

New BusinessSupport the agency’s new business pipeline, contributing B2B event and production expertise to pitches and RFP responses as needed. Help translate pitch concepts into realistic scopes, budgets, and timelines so that what we sell is what we can build. Transition wins cleanly into delivery, carrying scope, budget, and assumptions intact to the project team.

Team ManagementBuild, lead, and develop teams, mentoring producers and production managers through the work itself. Work closely with production leadership to create training and development plans for your team, including regular goal setting and tracking in the performance management system. Hold regular check‑ins with your teams to provide feedback. Foster a collaborative team environment that ensures deliverables are met. Interview and hire full‑time and freelance support to staff projects appropriately. Ensure company policy is followed when onboarding temporary production staff, and that timesheets are completed on time across your project workstreams. Allocate internal and external resources accurately across projects.
