Job Description:

Audacy Kansas City is seeking a full-time producer for Church of Lazlo on KQRC. Applicants must be digital savvy, well versed in all social media platforms, extensive pop-culture knowledge, and have experience with digital audio editing. Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Run the control board, following station format, arranging and playing commercials and IDs according to program and commercial logs

• Work the board to produce shows and on-site broadcasts
• Follow all applicable laws and FCC regulations.
• May be required to perform light production work
• Other duties as required by management

Qualifications

Required & Preferred:

• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• All employees must bring a positive, cooperative attitude and efficiently and expertly perform assigned duties.

• Represent Audacy and our radio stations in a highly respectable, professional manner.
• The ideal candidate should be energetic, efficient, and capable of multi-tasking in a lively, fast- paced environment

• Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Experience is helpful but optional.
• IT and social networking skills are helpful.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands and/or fingers to handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Position requires ability to manipulate knobs, levers and push buttons.
