Job summary

MAHLER PRIVATE STAFFING in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an accomplished Private Chef for a high-end executive couple. The role combines private service with fine dining restaurant expertise to craft fresh, farm-to-table meals.

The ideal candidate brings culinary creativity and a versatile repertoire across multiple cuisines, with baking being a plus. Expect travel with the principals and leadership of the kitchen team.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or equivalent high-level culinary experience.
• Experience with a range of cuisines (Italian, California Spa, Mexican, American, Southwestern).
• Private service experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proven longevity in previous roles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals five days a week for the couple, plus a weekly dinner for up to 12 family members.
• Prepare lunches for 1–2 people as needed.
• Tailor menus to preferences with fresh, healthy ingredients.
• Maintain kitchen organization, cleanliness and high standards.
• Travel with the couple as needed for seamless meal prep.
• Oversee sous chef.
