Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Power BI IT Monitoring & Dashboard Consultant for a fast-paced, short-term engagement through year-end. The role focuses on designing a consolidated IT health dashboard to give leadership a single pane of glass with drill-down capabilities.

You will translate evolving requirements into a practical dashboard strategy and deliver high-value functionality within the year-end window.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Power BI dashboard development experience.
• Experience with IT infrastructure and IT operations monitoring.
• Experience building executive-facing dashboards and reports.
• Strong understanding of IT operational KPIs and infrastructure health metrics.
• Experience with data integration and SQL data sources.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop executive-level Power BI dashboards with health indicators and drill-downs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify valuable infrastructure and KPIs.
• Incorporate CPU/disk/patch and other IT health metrics into dashboards.
• Identify data sources and methods to collect and transform monitoring data.
• Set up automated data refreshes and reporting where possible.
• Convey realistic expectations and deliver a reusable dashboard foundation.
