Job summary

Experience collaborating with senior leaders to deliver cross-regional or multi-disciplinary strategic programs; proven change-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead portfolio strategy, governance, and resource alignment for high-impact initiatives.
Partner with executives to translate strategy into executable portfolios and measurable outcomes.
Develop and mentor a high-performing team of consultants and portfolio management professionals.
Monitor program performance, manage risks, and drive value realization across KPIs.
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and manage vendor relationships and contracts.
Advise senior leaders and influence decisions to sustain long-term organizational priorities.
