Job summary

RXinsider LTD. seeks a licensed PharmD to serve as Director of Pharmacy in the Kansas City region, with duties in Lees Summit, MO.

Requirements include an active pharmacist license, PharmD, and 7+ years outpatient supervision plus 3+ years 340B program experience.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree and active Pharmacist license required.
• Minimum seven years’ experience as an outpatient pharmacy supervisor.
• At least three years’ experience managing outpatient 340B programs (FQHC/HRSA/AAAHC).
• Preferred certifications include BCACP and 340B program certificates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all pharmacy operations ensuring safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead HRSA 340B Drug Pricing Program compliance, audit readiness, and program optimization.
• Manage full P&L responsibilities including budgeting, revenue growth, and contract pharmacy performance.
• Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge, maintaining licensure and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and clinical teams to advance medication access and patient-centered care.
• Develop pharmacy policies, quality assurance programs, and continuous quality improvement.
• Recruit, supervise, and support pharmacy staff development and performance.
• Provide clinical oversight for medication management and therapeutic decision-making.
• Build partnerships to enhance pharmacy operations and 340B performance.
• Stay current on pharmacy best practices, regulations, and industry trends.
