RDY Advisors, LLC is a boutique real estate investment and advisory firm looking to hire an executive/personal assistant for approximately 7 hours per day, Monday to Friday. Tasks will vary day-to-day and span personal assistant tasks (booking travel, ordering groceries, etc.), executive assistant tasks (email dictation, file organization, to-do lists, etc), and real estate related tasks (market research, client presentations, financial analysis, etc). We are looking for someone who is very driven, solution-oriented, and able to juggle many projects, tasks, and topics at once. The ideal candidate has an interest in real estate and learning more about the ins and outs of managing a real estate investment and advisory firm. The position is a tremendous learning opportunity which can lead to advancement.

Position Role:

- Assisting President and team in all day-to-day functions

- Office and administrative management

- Operations and office organization

- Will primarily work in the commercial real estate industry

Candidate Requirements:

- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues

- High proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office 365/OneDrive, Zoom/Teams, Dropbox, Apple operating system, LoopNet, CoStar, Crexi

- Highly organized and willing to organize all documents for easy access by all team members

- Business acumen

- Ability to hit the ground running and allow President to be present with clients and focus on looking for new deals

Daily Tasks:

- Review and flag email inbox

- Prepare client reports

- Research real estate comps and create comp reports/availability surveys

- Create Excel spreadsheets to track cashflow and check for discrepancies in financial analyses

- Keep LoopNet listings up to date and active

- Transcribe dictated emails

- Update and maintain to-do / project list

- Update and maintain calendar

- Book travel

- Scan & organize documents for files/Dropbox

- Location: in-person positionlocated on the Upper East Side

- Pay: $30-$35/hour

*Additional hours may be available for the right candidate
