Upscale Restaurant (Scratch Kitchen, High Volume)
Salary: $50-65k base
Location: Dallas to Plano
The Pastry Chef will oversee daily operations of the pastry department and train staff on various techniques and skills. You must be innovative in creating new bakery items and standardize production recipes. You will also manage scheduling, labor costs, work with vendors managing pricing and products, quality control and provide solutions to staff conflict and customer satisfaction.
