Responsibilities

• Executive Leadership: Partner with the Senior Pastor to translate vision into clear plans, decisions, and accountability.
• Staff Leadership: Provide leadership, coaching, coordination, and accountability for staff and ministry leaders.
• Ministry Oversight: Ensure ministries are spiritually healthy, strategically aligned, appropriately staffed, and effectively serving.
• Communications Oversight: Oversee church-wide communications across ministries and digital channels.
• Strategic Execution: Drive major church initiatives from planning through implementation with measurable outcomes.
• Organizational Alignment: Strengthen coordination across ministries, campuses, and leadership teams.
• Leadership Development: Develop staff and ministry leaders and empower volunteers.
• Executive Support: Help prioritize issues for senior leadership and ensure decisions are followed through.
• Culture & Spiritual Leadership: Model mission, values, and leadership behaviors within the staff.
