Hilton Head Island Community Church (HHICC) on Hilton Head Island, SC, seeks an experienced Executive Pastor to partner with the Lead Pastor. The role emphasizes operational leadership, staff development, and pastoral care to advance HHICC's vision across a five-acre campus.

The Executive Pastor will supervise daily operations, budgeting, facilities, HR, and pastoral oversight, supporting ministry teams and community impact while occasionally preaching.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with theological content.
• 10+ years of senior church leadership preferred.
• Strong budget, facilities operations, staff development, and pastoral ministry experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily church operations, including vendor coordination and church policies.
• Lead budget development and financial governance with the Stewardship Team.
• Oversee facility maintenance across a three-building campus and manage HR functions.
• Provide pastoral care, leadership development, and mentorship to staff.
• Occasionally preach and participate in leadership development and evangelism efforts.
