New Hope Baptist Church in Aubrey, TX, is seeking a full‑time executive pastor to partner closely with the Lead Pastor in carrying out the church’s vision and mission. This role is first and foremost ministerial in nature and requires a pastor who is biblically grounded, theologically trained, and spiritually mature. The Executive Pastor should be qualified to fulfill any ministerial responsibilities typically performed by the Lead Pastor when needed, while ordinarily focusing on organizational leadership, staff oversight, and the faithful execution of the ministry’s vision. The Executive Pastor will report directly to the Lead Pastor and serve under his leadership and authority, in alignment with the Church Constitution and Bylaws.
