CenterPoint Church’s Massapequa Campus is seeking an Executive Pastor to oversee staff and operations for a thriving multi-site church. You will develop systems, align ministry across congregational care, services, facilities, and events, and advance the campus health.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Theology or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
Proven leadership experience in a multi-staff or multi-site church setting.
Strong communication, management, and organizational skills.
Passionate about reaching the lost and building healthy ministry teams.

Responsibilities

Strategic leadership to implement ministry strategies aligned with CenterPoint’s mission.
Develop and empower campus staff; coach and hold staff accountable.
Oversee budgets, campus events, weekend services, and facilities to support campus vision.
Build strong relational connections with staff, volunteers, and congregants.
Foster a gospel-centered culture with clear goals, excellence, and collaboration.
