Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in restaurant/nightclub management.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Must speak fluent English; strong people management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Driving sales and revenue through in-venue leadership and outreach.
• Be the face of the venue during peak hours and large events.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with high-quality service, food, and entertainment.
• Build and lead a strong team and promote brand pride.
• Control costs, inventory, labor, and financial reporting per policy.
• Handle administrative duties including payroll and safety compliance.
