About the Team and Role

Executive Technology Services is an advisory service providing expert insights tailored to clients' critical initiatives. It encompasses 7 domains within IT, including Data & Analytics. As an Executive Partner, you will specialize in one domain, helping business leaders achieve their priorities and build successful organizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 25-30 clients, primarily Chief Data Officers from Fortune 100 organizations.
• Deliver value through briefings, workshops, webinars, and Gartner events.
• Use your practitioner experience and Gartner resources to coach clients on Data & Analytics initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure value delivery.
• Build trust and demonstrate value in a client-facing role.
• Support member retention and regional growth through sales collaboration.
• This role is primarily remote with some travel.

Required Skills and Experience

• 15+ years in an executive Data & Analytics leadership role, such as CDO, CAO, Data Scientist, or VP of Analytics, preferably in Fortune 500 companies.
• Technical expertise in enterprise data strategy, governance, analytics, AI, ML, NLP, IoT, and related disciplines.
• Experience with application disciplines like Agile, DevOps, Cloud, API Management, etc., is desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated base salary range is $165,000 - $192,000, with additional bonuses and incentives. We offer comprehensive benefits including PTO, 401(k) matching, stock purchase options, and more.
