Gartner Executive Programs (ExP) Role Overview

Gartner Executive Programs (ExP) is a membership-based organization serving over 8,500 CIOs and senior IT leaders worldwide, providing insights and knowledge focused on CIO-level challenges and service delivery. Members include Fortune 500 companies and governments, benefiting from Gartner's objective and independent analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of 28+ member relationships
  • Create service solutions leveraging all ExP products
  • Assess member Mission Critical Priorities (MCPs) and develop customized service plans
  • Conduct on-site and virtual briefings, workshops, webinars, and roundtables
  • Present or facilitate at ExP events
  • Collaborate with Gartner’s Sales team to ensure member engagement and renewal
Qualifications
  • 15+ years in consulting or CxO roles with expertise in AI, BI, ML, Digital Transformation, Blockchain, Big Data, Cloud, etc.
  • Industry experience in Power & Utilities, Energy, Oil & Gas
  • Experience leading large transformative initiatives
  • Deep understanding of CIO priorities and IT industry trends
  • Proven sales or business development experience with CXO-level executives
