Role Overview:

The Oncology Sales Specialist (OS) is a field-based role reporting to a District Manager. Responsibilities include:

  1. Promoting current and potential new oncology therapeutics within approved specialties and accounts.
  2. Demonstrating knowledge of product efficacy and safety, articulating value propositions, providing clinical information, and achieving sales objectives.
  3. Conducting business analysis, prospecting for new business, developing account plans, and aligning with sales and marketing strategies.
  4. Developing customer-specific call plans with objectives and supporting materials.
  5. Utilizing all approved marketing tools and resources, including digital presentations, to advance sales cycles.
  6. Attending relevant oncology conferences, which may occur on weekends.
  7. Discussing access and reimbursement options with customers to improve sales opportunities using approved resources.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including overnight and weekends.
  • At least two (2) years of relevant healthcare sales, account management, or B2B sales experience, or recent military transition.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight and weekend travel.
  • Reside in the geography or willing to relocate.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in specialty sales and understanding of Medical Oncology/Hematology.
  • Proven success and ability to influence key stakeholders in a competitive environment.
  • Experience in hospital and large account sales with a record of successful performance.

Compensation and Benefits:
