Job Description: We are searching for the best talent for an Executive Oncology Sales Specialist, Hematology, based in Mobile, AL / Destin, FL. Our Oncology team focuses on eliminating cancer by discovering new pathways and modalities to find treatments and cures. The Oncology Sales Specialist (OS) is a field-based role reporting to a District Manager.

Responsibilities include:

  • Promoting current and potential new oncology therapeutics within approved specialties and accounts.
  • Demonstrating knowledge of product efficacy and safety, articulating value propositions, providing clinical information, and achieving sales objectives.
  • Conducting business analysis, prospecting for new business, aligning with sales and marketing strategies, and developing account plans.
  • Developing customer-specific pre- and post-call plans.
  • Utilizing all approved marketing tools and resources, including digital presentations.
  • Attending relevant oncology conferences, which may occur on weekends.
  • Discussing access and reimbursement options with customers to improve sales opportunities.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including overnight and weekends.
  • At least two years of relevant healthcare sales or related experience, or recent military transition.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight/weekend.
  • Reside in or be willing to relocate to the geography.

Preferred:

  • Experience in specialty sales and understanding of Medical Oncology / Hematology.
  • Proven success in influencing stakeholders in a competitive environment.
  • Experience in hospital and large account sales.
