Job summary

Pepperdine University is seeking an Operations Coordinator to create a strong first impression for guests and visitors, and to ensure smooth reception operations for the President and Executive Vice President’s offices.

You will supervise student employees, manage confidential projects, handle mailroom duties, facilities coordination, and event RSVPs, while maintaining a professional demeanor and excellent communication with university stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree and relevant administrative experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and manage reception operations for executive offices.
  • Coordinate staff projects and confidential tasks with high priority.
  • Oversee office supply stock, break rooms, and mailroom coordination.
  • Supervise student employees and provide training and feedback.
  • Manage RSVPs and event coordination for executive events.
  • Coordinate facility requests and office space reservations on 4th floor.
  • Handle administrative expenditures and credit card reallocation.
