Led by the firm's first Chief Marketing Officer, the marketing function at Goldman Sachs is backed by momentum and a broad imperative to unify the discipline, driving a business-critical function focused on the firm's future growth. As such, Global Marketing is focused on building out a data-and-technology enabled team of growth marketers, delivering value for the brand and the business. The organization consists of Corporate Reputation Marketing and business marketing teams, as well as center of excellence (COE) teams like paid media, research, and design. Together, these functions collaborate to build a unified, scalable, and consistent approach to marketing the brand and its offerings. The Marketing Analytics and Effectiveness Associate will help protect and elevate the reputation of Goldman Sachs by combining marketing strategy, data and analytics, and emerging technology to improve how we measure, analyze, and make decisions. The team is responsible for building a culture of measurement that drives performance across the marketing organization. This role is central to establishing and reinforcing that culture, embedding data and insight into how we execute our strategy.
We're looking for someone with a razor-sharp analytical mind and a systems-thinking orientation. This individual should be someone who naturally connects the dots across data, process, and business outcomes. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, highly driven, and obsessed with finding creative ways to make our marketing sharper, more precise, and more effective.
Just as importantly, this is a highly collaborative and client-oriented role. The right person can move comfortably between technical teams and key business stakeholders, build strong relationships, and translate complexity into clear insights and action.
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $100000-$160000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
