We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Office Manager to support our CEO and help drive smooth business operations at the heart of our fast-growing team.

  • Manage CEO’s calendar, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments
  • Prepare business trips, meeting briefs, and follow-up summaries
  • Assist with real estate listing and documentation management
  • Handle high-level communication with VIP clients and business partners via email and phone
  • Prepare and organize materials for internal and external meetings
  • Conduct market research on real estate trends, industry insights, and investment opportunities
  • Compile briefings on companies, individuals, or key topics ahead of meetings
  • Draft and manage contracts, invoices, and internal reports
  • Support real estate agents and client invoicing
  • Maintain organized digital files via Google Drive and internal systems
  • 1+ years of experience as an office manager, executive assistant, or in a related administrative role
  • Fluent in both Korean and English (verbal and written)
  • Excellent written communication and document formatting skills (Google Docs, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with diverse clients and stakeholders
  • Resourceful and able to conduct research, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities
  • Highly trustworthy, detail-oriented, and capable of managing confidential information

Preferred

  • Experience in real estate, startups, or client-facing business environments
  • Based in New York or able to work on-site (hybrid options available)
  • Legally eligible to work in the U.S. (OPT, green card, or U.S. citizen)
