Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium in Anchorage seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to the President and CEO. Under general direction, you will oversee the office, coordinate reception, supervise Administrative staff, manage travel and expense records, and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business and at least four years supporting senior leadership, with supervisory experience. Alaska driver's license may be required.

Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium has a hiring preference for qualified Alaska Native and American Indian applicants pursuant to P.L. 93-638 Indian Self Determination Act.
Under general direction of the President and Chief Executive Officer, this position plans and oversees implementation and ongoing administration of the office of the President and the CEO, the COB including the reception and supervises the Executive Administrative staff.
Provides leadership, direction, and guidance in policies and procedures to assigned staff. Sets goals and priorities and assigns tasks and projects accordingly. Develops training plans and ensures employees have necessary skills to perform duties. Counsels, trains and coaches staff and implements corrective actions and conducts performance evaluations. Monitors and ensures accuracy of documentation and records for department such as travel/expense reports, check requests, company credit cards, purchase requests, and personnel action documents. Assures departmental alignment with corporate compliance. Functions as department liaison for activities and initiatives with other divisions and departments. Independently maintains department budget, investigating and documenting variances. Keeps records up to date and reports as required to Finance and own department leaders. Establishes and maintains effective working relations with stakeholders, partners and leadership groups and committees, if applicable, to facilitate the implementation of projects and or initiatives. Oversees, represents and manages all aspects of the office of the President and CEO and coordinates with team.
Performs other duties as assigned or required.
B achelor's degree in business or a related field. Progressively responsible professional work-related experience, education, or training may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for college education.
Non-supervisory – Four (4) years of experience supporting senior management or executive experience with responsibilities for administrative support to a C suite executive or experience supervising staff or project management.
T O INCLUDE
Supervisory - One (1) year involving employee supervision.
Professional executive support experience in a tribal healthcare setting.
May be required to possess an Alaska driver's license with a clean driving record.
