What you will do

We’re looking for a resourceful, detail-oriented Executive Office Coordinator who thrives on problem-solving, delivering exceptional internal service, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone with a bias for action, a strong sense of ownership, and natural curiosity who not only gets things done, but is always looking for ways to improve how things are done. This role will be onsite at our office in Glendale, WI.

How you will do it

  • Serve as the first point of contact for general office-related inquiries, providing prompt and courteous internal customer service to Office of the CEO team and other senior leaders.

  • Coordinate and support day-to-day administrative operations, including supplies, scheduling, and facility needs.

  • Assist with expense reporting, travel arrangement, and purchasing processes in accordance with company policy.

  • Use Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) daily to manage schedules, documents, and communications.

  • Support internal teams with light project coordination, reporting, and documentation needs.

  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

What we look for:

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in an office, customer service, or administrative support role

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel or PowerPoint skills a plus

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset

  • Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities

  • High attention to detail, especially when it comes to data entry and documentation

  • Ability to work onsite in Glendale, Monday - Friday during standard business hours.

Preferred

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, enterprise environment (Fortune 500+ experience ideal)

  • Post secondary education or training
