Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation seeks an Executive Office Assistant to provide executive level support to the Colville Business Council. You will organize and manage activity, compile information, prepare presentations, and maintain schedules to help CBC leaders meet goals.
The role requires excellent communication, strong budgeting and records management skills, and the ability to coordinate meetings and events in a fast-paced tribal government environment.

SALARY: $28.32-$32.84, per hour
REPORTS TO: Council Office Supervisor
LOCATION: Nespelem, WA
Basic Functions: This is a Non-Exempt position. This is a professional position that provides executive level support to the Colville Business Council under the supervision of the Centralized Services Directors office. The Council Office Executive Assistant is responsible for organizing, managing and supervising all business activities necessary to provide CBC Executive Committee members with timely, professional, efficient and accurate information, service, records, reports, schedules, and other functions, necessary to meet their goals and professional needs.

If required of this position, you must possess and maintain a valid Washington State drivers license and be eligible for the Tribes Vehicle Insurance. In addition, this position may be subject to pre-employment background clearances. If applicable, these clearances must be maintained throughout employment.
