The Boeing Company is seeking an Executive Office Administrator (Level C) to join our Mobility, Surveillance and Bombers (MS&B) organization in Oklahoma City, OK.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to build rapport with key partners, be self-motivated, thrive in a fast-paced, evolving organization, and be a positive leader. The candidate must be capable of managing multiple tasks with focus and high accuracy.

Position Responsibilities:

  1. Prioritize and schedule executive calendars for efficient use of time.
  2. Coordinate and process domestic and international travel arrangements, monitor logistics, generate expense reports, and assist in reconciling corporate credit card charges.
  3. Plan and implement logistics for executive internal and external events.
  4. Create, edit, and maintain electronic and written communications.
  5. Communicate information effectively to multiple audiences, maintaining a positive attitude.
  6. Order and maintain office supplies.
  7. Track and maintain conference room schedules for resource efficiency.
  8. Work under limited supervision.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite in Oklahoma City, OK.

Additional Information:

  • Employer will not sponsor employment visas.
  • Basic qualifications include 4 years of related experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint, experience managing executive schedules, coordinating travel, and supporting multiple stakeholders.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience with SAP Concur, Microsoft Teams, and over 3 years supporting executives.
  • Relocation is at the candidate's expense; no relocation assistance provided.
  • This is a first shift position.
  • Salary range: $51,850 - $70,150.
