Qualifications

• BSN required and RN licensed in applicable state.
• Minimum 7 years progressive nursing roles in home infusion, hospital, or ambulatory care.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role supervising nursing personnel.
• Experience with clinical workflows, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Nursing Services department.
• Oversee daily nursing operations and supervise nursing staff and educators.
• Ensure safe, compliant, high‑quality nursing services in line with standards.
• Lead quality assurance, risk mitigation, and regulatory audits.
