Methodist Rehabilitation Center seeks a Chief Nursing Officer to join its executive leadership team. The CNO will provide strategic and operational leadership for nursing and clinical support services within an 80-bed rehabilitation hospital, supporting patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, major trauma, and other complex needs.
Reporting to the COO, the CNO will own accountability for clinical outcomes, patient experience, safety, regulatory compliance, and workforce
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in nursing or related field required.
- At least five years of progressive senior nursing leadership experience.
- CCRN certification preferred.
- Experience leading nursing in rehabilitation or post-acute settings beneficial.
Responsabilités
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for nursing and clinical support services.
- Oversee inpatient nursing and allied departments (respiratory, pharmacy, radiology, lab, infection prevention, employee health, volunteers).
- Accountable for clinical outcomes, patient experience, safety, regulatory compliance and workforce development.
- Report to COO and influence executive-level decisions while staying connected to frontline teams.
