HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital seeks an Assistant Chief Nursing Officer to jointly lead patient care quality, operational excellence, and strategic planning with the CNO.

The ACNO will drive performance improvement, regulatory compliance, and nursing leadership development while collaborating with physicians and support services to deliver exceptional outcomes at our 497-bed Treasure Coast facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and current licensure in practice state.
• Master's degree or enrollment in a related program is required.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory nursing experience in a hospital or patient care setting.

Responsabilités

• Assists CNO in formulating policies and procedures aligned with standards.
• Conducts rounds to enhance communication and patient experience.
• Leads performance improvement initiatives to measure and improve care quality.
• Ensures timely follow-up on patient complaints and safety events.
• Promotes a patient-first philosophy and service excellence.
• Supports staff recruitment, development, and ongoing education.
