The Florida Department of Veterans' Affairs is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and dedicated licensed Executive Nursing Director to lead the nursing department at the Douglas T. Jacobson Veterans Nursing Home a 120-bed skilled nursing facility that is home to those who serviced our country. Our skilled nursing facility boasts a loyal team of long-term employees and a fantastic work culture.
Excellent retirement package and optional deferred compensation plan.Health, vision, dental, disability, and other supplemental insurance available at reasonable premium rates. The selected candidate will be responsible for the developing, planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluatingall aspects of Nursing Services in accordance with accepted nursing practices and procedures. Provide quality professional care to the veteran residents to ensure their health, safety, and security in accordance with State/Federal regulatory guidelines.
This position is in the Selected Exempt Service system.
