Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a nationally accredited program.
• Master's degree in Nursing or health-related field from a nationally accredited program preferred.
• 3–4 years of nursing experience required.
• 1–2 years of management/leadership experience preferred.
• RN license required.
• Specialty certification from a nationally recognized nursing organization preferred or must be obtained within two years of hire.
• CPR certification (AHA/Red Cross) within 90 days required.
• Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) certification within 12 months from date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical leadership through role modeling professional practice.
• Manages unit-based budget and operational resources.
• Supports Magnet Recognition or Pathways to Excellence goals.
• Promotes staff development and ongoing professional growth.
